Please read the following information carefully before activation:
- Membership validity begins on the activation date and lasts for 12 months (or 24 months for P7 members). For instance, if activated today, it will remain valid until the same date next year.
- If you already have a Priority Pass account, you can still apply again. A new account will be registered for you with new login credentials, as renewal on an existing card number is not supported.
- Since early 2024, no account interruptions have occurred. In the unlikely event of an issue caused by our system during the active period, we will reissue a new card free of charge.
- Your digital card will be issued within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed during nighttime will be processed the following morning.
- After completing your purchase, please provide your personal details so we can process your membership. This includes your first and last name, gender, date of birth, email address, phone number, and country of residence. Providing this information ensures a smooth and timely activation of your Priority Pass Membership.
- The card is personalized and non-transferable. Once activated, no changes, cancellations, or refunds are allowed.
