Booking and Stay Rules

To comply with Hilton’s internal employee policies, the following rules apply when using the Team Member Rate:

• A single reservation can be for up to 7 consecutive nights.
• Back-to-back stays at the same hotel are not allowed to extend beyond 7 nights.
• A maximum of 40 Team Member Rate nights can be used per calendar year.

Account Linking & Booking Access

After purchase, we will complete the system linking for you:

• Your information will be added to the Hilton employee Lobby system.
• Use your own Hilton Honors account to log in at:
  https://www.hilton.com/go
• When searching for hotels, the Team Member Rate will appear if available.

Once your account is successfully linked:

• The authorization will be bound to your name and Hilton Honors number.
• The authorization is valid for a full year.
• It cannot be changed, removed, or transferred.
